 Kay Brandist provided a mentoring
and management support service when I joined the RSPCA as an
Animal Centre Manager. Although I initially had reservations
about working with a consultant I quickly found that her advice

the range of skills necessary to run an effective Centre. I
have now recently joined the Blue Cross and still use many
